• is a member of the Coordinating Council of the Moscow Central Administrative Board of Internal Affairs 
• is a full member and founder of the Coordination Center of heads of guard and detective agencies  
• forms part of the Advisory Council of leaders of non-government, veteran and civil society organizations of security under the Council of Experts of the Committee on Security of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation.
